Seth Rollins Dismisses WrestleMania Speculation

Seth Rollins on WWE Raw

Seth Rollins has his eyes on the prize.

After being eliminated from the Royal Rumble, Seth Rollins laid out Roman Reigns thanks to a stomp on the steel steps. An irate Rollins also brawled with CM Punk as his frustration got the better of him.

The assault took Reigns out of action until after Elimination Chamber when he made a stunning return on Raw. On March 10, Seth Rollins defeated CM Punk in a Cage Match when Reigns pulled his former Shield teammate from the ring. However, he attacked him on the outside before taking out Punk.

It’s believed the star-studded rivalry will result in a Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania.

Seth Rollins Doesn’t Care About Match Placement

While everyone is jockeying for position on the WrestleMania card and hoping to land one of the event’s coveted main event spots, Rollins has a slightly different approach.

During an interview with Front Office Sports, the star said a match involving himself Roman Reigns, and CM Punk is big enough to stand on its own wherever it lands on the card.

“I don’t think it’s terribly important where it sits on the card. Because to be honest with you, you just look at the names in that match and it’s a main event. It doesn’t really matter where it sits.”

Interestingly, Jey Uso also recently claimed he doesn’t care about headlining WrestleMania, instead, he’s focused on making his match as memorable as possible.

It’s been announced that Rollins, Reigns, and CM Punk will all be in attendance for SmackDown on March 21 as their rivalry threatens to completely boil over. The taping is set to be held in Bologna.

Elsewhere on the show, Liv Morgan squares off against Jade Cargill, Zelina Vega meets Piper Niven, and Jacob Fatu battles Braun Strowman.
