Seth Rollins Reveals He’s Tested Positive For COVID-19
Seth Rollins has confirmed that he has tested positive for COVID-19.
The news of the positive test has only added to speculation surround WWE’s upcoming Day 1 pay-per-view which is now only a matter of days away.
On December 26th, Rollins was one of four Superstars pulled from WWE’s traditional post-Christmas live event at Madison Square Garden. As well as Rollins, WWE Champion Big E, Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair were removed from the show despite being advertised to appear.
As a result, Edge and Natalya were drafted in at the last minute with the card being re-worked at the eleventh hour.
Initially no reason was given for the no-shows, but Rollins later took to social media to confirm that he had tested positive for COVIS-19.
Merry Covid Christmas to me!!!! I LOVE FOOTBALL!!!

Back in October Seth Rollins won a Fatal-Four-Way Ladder match to become the number one contender for Big E’s WWE Championship. Rollins was informed in November that his championship bout will take place at the inaugural WWE Day 1 pay-per-view, which will take place on New Year’s Day 2022.
Much to the chagrin of the number one contender, Kevin Owens and Bobby Lashley were added to the contest in the following weeks, turning it into a Fatal Four-Way match for the highest prize in pro wrestling.
At the event, Rollins’ wife Becky Lynch is scheduled to defend her Raw Women’s Championship against Liv Morgan. Lynch recently retained her title over Morgan on an episode of Raw. However, he strategic use of the bottom rope didn’t sit well with the challenger who demanded a rematch. The bout was then scheduled for Day on January 1st.
