Seth Rollins Fires Shot At AEW Talent Not On WWE’s Level

Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins has taken a friendly shot at AEW.

On February 2, the NBA world was rocked when the Dallas Mavericks traded megastar Luka Doncic along with Maxi Kleber, and Markieff Morris to the LA Lakers with fellow superstar Anthony Davis, Max Christie, and a 2029 first-round draft pick going in the opposite direction.

Given the importance of Davis and Doncic to their respective teams the switch has quickly been hailed as one of the biggest trades in NBA history.

In response to a question from Sirius XM Sports about a hypothetical trade between AEW and WWE, Seth Rollins decided to throw a little jab at the All Elite opposition.

“You’ll make some headlines with this one. I don’t think there is anybody in AEW that’s on that level [laughs in Seth Rollins]. You’re probably looking at it, if you’re looking at a LeBron, that’s like a John Cena level guy. I’d be looking at John Cena for an MJF, maybe. That’d be the deal. Luka would be MJF. That’s the level. That’s how crazy that is,”

Seth Rollins Heading For Huge WrestleMania Match

Away from the AEW back and forth, it’s been reported that Seth Rollins will be part of a start-studded Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania 41. As noted in the most recent report on his status, Rollins will square off against Roman Reigns and CM Punk.

At the Royal Rumble, Punk eliminated both Rollins and Reigns, and this sparked a wild brawl on the outside. This saw Rollins hit two stomps on Reigns — the second coming on the steel steps, while he flattened Punk with a Superkick.

It’s since been announced that Roman Reigns will be out of action for the foreseeable future.
