Seth Rollins Making Big Plans For Post-WWE In-Ring Career
Seth Rollins still has many more years in the ring ahead of him but the WWE star is already planning his life when its time to hang up his boots.
The wrestling world has given plenty of talents the opportunity to take their skills beyond the ring and one of WWE’s biggest talents wants to make good use of theirs.
Seth Rollins has done almost everything since bursting onto the scene in WWE in 2012 as one-third of The Shield alongside Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose. Rollins is a multi-time champion in the company but is currently facing one of his toughest challenges as he has to contend with the power and might of Bronson Reed.
Seth Rollins Wants To Emulate Triple H
Speaking on The Pivot, Seth Rollins discussed his plans when his in-ring career comes to an end and it looks like he’s taking more inspiration from Triple H than The Rock:
I love my business. I love doing it, I love thinking about it. I love coming up with new ideas. The performance aspect of it is fantastic. For me, when I start to phase out in the ring, I will probably do something behind the scenes.
I see myself like Triple H. I might dabble in movies and stuff here and there, but I see myself continuing to help the business grow as I start to age out of the in-ring process. I have a ways to go. I’m certainly closer to the end than the beginning, but when I do get to that point, that’s where I see myself. Hopefully, there will be a place there for me, but I do see myself there. That’s my blueprint.
One ex-WWE star might be hoping the day Rollins finds himself backstage comes soon as they lashed out at Seth Rollins for being “just terrible” following a recent segment.
