Seth Rollins Makes Major Medical Announcement On WWE Raw
Seth Rollins is heading into WrestleMania as World Heavyweight Champion and now he’s revealed his status following a worrying injury.
Seth Rollins suffered a knee injury in early January on Raw that put his place at WrestleMania in serious doubt. Rollins has not competed since then but vowed that he’d be at WrestleMania to defend his World Heavyweight Title and now it seems likely that he’ll be competing twice on the show.
Rollins has become embroiled in The Bloodline’s business with Cody Rhodes after The Rock slapped Rhodes at the WrestleMania 40 press conference after Rhodes declared that he would be challenging Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship on the grandest stage of them all once again.
Seth Rollins Responds To The Rock
On Raw in San Antonio, Texas, Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins responded to The Rock’s long monologue on the previous edition of SmackDown. The Rock challenged the pair to a tag team match with huge implications for Rhodes’ WrestleMania bout with Reigns.
Rather than directly answer that challenge both Rhodes and Rollins told The Bloodline they’d be on the 8th of Match edition of SmackDown to give them a response. However, Rollins also revealed that he is now medically cleared following his injury.
Seth Rollins will also defend his World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40 against Drew McIntyre after McIntyre won the men’s Elimination Chamber match in Perth, Australia.
