Why Seth Rollins May Have Major Problem With Paul Heyman After RAW
On the latest episode of Monday Night RAW, Paul Heyman made a surprising move that could create tension with Seth Rollins once he returns.
Rollins’ recent injury at Saturday Night’s Main Event has left a significant gap in the company’s main storylines. Heyman and company had a segment on the flagship show this week with Roman Reigns, but The Visionary was absent for obvious reasons.
During the in-ring promo segment, The Oracle publicly acknowledged that The Messiah will be out for a long time due to the injury. In a surprising twist, he then offered Rollins’ spot to Reigns. Heyman even expressed affection toward Reigns, calling him “my Tribal Chief” and suggesting they could repair their relationship.
However, Reigns quickly rejected the offer and criticized his former Wiseman for betraying The Bloodline. He also warned Bron Breakker about Heyman’s tendency to take credit for others’ success.
Sam Roberts Predicts Future Tension Between Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman After RAW
Speaking on the Notsam Wrestling podcast, wrestling analyst Sam Roberts reflected on this segment and suggested Heyman’s offer might have rubbed Seth Rollins the wrong way. He predicted uneasy dynamics between Mr. Money in the Bank and his Humble Oracle behind the scenes after this week’s Monday Night RAW episode.
Paul Heyman is up to tricks. And it’s interesting because Paul Heyman is offering Roman Reigns Seth Rollins’s spot here. Maybe he knows Roman’s not going to accept. Maybe that’s the strategy, knowing that Roman is not going to say yes to it. But he’s still offering Seth Rollins’s spot to Roman Reigns, which you would think Seth Rollins somewhere somehow would have a problem with. [10:03 – 10:23]
