Seth Rollins Gets Bored With WWE Character
Seth Rollins has emphasised the importance of freshening up his character.
‘The Visionary’ is once again at the forefront of WWE television after creating headlines at WrestleMania 41 by shockingly joining forces with Paul Heyman to help secure victory over Roman Reigns and CM Punk in the critically acclaimed main event on night one at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Rollins has become known for his ability to reinvent himself during his WWE tenure, with his ability to change up his appearance and attitude helping the Davenport, Iowa born star to maintain his longevity with the company.
Speaking during a recent appearance at ‘WWE World‘, Rollins explained that his own boredom often led to a change in his presentation:
“Well, I get bored too, you know. Yeah, I mean, but we do, you can feel it. It’s a sense that you get after doing it for so many years. It’s not necessarily boredom, but you get that vibe like, oh, man, I want to freshen this up. I want to do something new, I want to change my look, I want to change my tone. I want to change the way I do this or do that.
“The way I interact with certain characters, the way I interact with the audience. And then you sort of just start putting stuff out there, whatever you think might stick, and you got to commit to it. And then you see what the feedback is.
The entrance theme is a great example. That was something that I never really imagined that it would get the response that it has.”
Seth Rollins Concerned By WWE Policy Change
There is, however, one recent change that is concerning former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.
The company recently made reductions to it’s Live Event schedule, leading to significantly fewer opportunities to perform in front of live audiences away from the television camera’s.
Rollins recently spoke about about the change, noting his belief that it could be ‘harmful’ for the development of up and coming talent.
