Seth Rollins Set For First-Time Ever Match On WWE Raw
Seth Rollins gets a new rival on Monday Night Raw.
The end of the June 30 episode of WWE Raw ended in chaos as Penta teamed with Sami Zayn to face Bronson Reed and Bron Brakker.
In the end, Breakker and Reed got the win after the former smashed Zayn with his now-trademark Spear. After the match, Penta went to check on Zayn, but he also got a Spear for his troubles. But just as Reed looked to follow up with a Tsunami, Jey Uso came to the rescue with a steel chair.
In the wake of that beatdown, Penta won’t have to wait long to get a measure of revenge on the Seth Rollins-led faction.
Seth Rollins In Action
In his usual Sunday social media update, Adam Pearce announced a trio of matches for Raw, confirming that Roxanne Perez, Kairi Sane, Sami Zayn, Bron Breakker, Jey Uso, and Bronson Reed would all be in action.
A further update from WWE announced that Seth Rollins will face Penta in singles action.
“Newly crowned Women’s tag team champion Roxanne Perez goes one-on-one with Kairi Sane, and in a rematch from SummerSlam Sami Zayn one-on-one with Bron Breakker. And I ain’t done cooking, Big Bronson Reed will go toe-to-toe on Monday in Providence against Main Event Jey Uso.”
On a day of announcements, Adam Pearce revealed that Becky Lynch will defend the Women’s Intercontinental Championship in a Triple Threat Match at Evolution.
