Future Of Seth Rollins’ Faction In WWE Doesn’t Look Good

Seth Rollins WWE

A former WWE star thinks the days are numbered for Seth Rollins’ faction now that Mr. Money In The Bank is on the shelf with an injury.

At WrestleMania 41, Paul Heyman screwed CM Punk and Roman Reigns to forge his new alliance with Seth Rollins. Since then, Rollins and Heyman have added Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed to their ranks as they seek to control Monday Night Raw.

However, those plans hit a nasty roadblock when Seth Rollins appeared to suffer a serious knee injury. There has been no confirmation how long Rollins will be out of action for with some suggestions being that WWE want to make out the situation is more serious than the reality so that his return will be a complete surprise.

But in Rollins’ absence, Breakker and Reed are continuing on and have been challenged to a huge tag team match at SummerSlam by Roman Reigns. Reigns sought to get a measure of revenge on the pair on Raw, with Jey Uso coming to his aid.

But could that SummerSlam match be the nail in the coffin for Seth Rollins’ group?

Seth Rollins Group Struggling To Survive

Speaking on Busted Open, former WWE star Baron Corbin – now known as Bishop Dyer – explained why the group might not have legs to continue without Rollins, especially as they’re likely to lose at SummerSlam:

It’s kind of a weird group because Bron is still trying to find his footing and solidify himself as a top guy and Bronson is working as well. I just think it’s gonna be tough to continue to elevate this group. And putting them in the ring with Roman and Jey at SummerSlam, I’m sorry, Roman’s team is not gonna get beat at SummerSlam. I just don’t see that happening.

Now, not only is it a group that doesn’t have a name and is kind of just there, now they’re ineffective. So it’s gonna be a struggle.
