It’s Official: Seth Rollins Defends WWE World Title In Huge 4-Way At Clash In Paris
Seth Rollins is set to put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line at WWE Clash in Paris.
CM Punk kicked off tonight’s episode of RAW to reveal his intent to continue chasing the World Heavyweight Championship that he briefly held at SummerSlam. However, LA Knight interrupted The Second City Saint’s promo.
The Megastar told Punk that he understood his right to a title rematch, but not until he got his. Meanwhile, The Best in the World claimed Knight should thank him for saving his life and career last week after he was stomped on the floor by Rollins.
Paul Heyman then came out on the stage with Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, challenging Knight and Punk to a tag team match later tonight, which they accepted despite showing signs of friction.
Seth Rollins’ Faction Destroys CM Punk, LA Knight, and Jey Uso on WWE RAW
After a match that went back and forth between the two teams, Seth Rollins interfered to stop CM Punk from picking up the victory for himself and LA Knight. As The Vision ganged up on The Second City Saint and The Megastar, Jey Uso rushed to their rescue, using a steel chair.
While The Vision seemed to be retreating, they were stopped by RAW General Manager Adam Pearce, who announced that Rollins would defend his World Heavyweight Championship at Clash in Paris in a Fatal 4-Way match against Punk, Knight, and Uso.
Following the announcement, the three challengers brawled before they were ultimately taken out and destroyed by the World Heavyweight Champion and his teammates.
