Seth Rollins On Crutches In New Video As Injury Speculation Continues
Seth Rollins was shown on crutches in a new video.
At Saturday Night’s Main Event, Seth Rollins suffered a knee injury during his match with LA Knight while performing a flip off the ropes.
Rollins immediately grabbed his knee, and Knight followed up with the BFT to take victory. This was followed by a report that claimed the former World Champion had been scheduled to win, but changed the result on the fly as a result of the injury.
In the days since the show, speculation has reigned supreme, with some reports suggesting that the injury is being made out to be more serious than it actually is.
For his part, Seth Rollins claimed that the issue will keep him out for an “extended period of time.”
Confusion Remains Around Seth Rollins
In a new video posted on Becky Lynch’s Instagram page, Rollins is shown on crutches with his knee in a brace. However, there’s still no clear explanation for what happened, or just how serious the injury really is.
According to the latest report on the situation, the situation around Seth Rollins remains “very cloudy,” even though those within the company have been informed that the injury is legitimate. But, there’s said to be a huge amount of skepticism around the severity of the injury.
It’s been widely speculated that the injury has been made to appear worse than it is in order for Rollins to make a surprise return at SummerSlam to cash in his Money In The Bank contract.
