Seth Rollins has often been publicly and loudly appreciated by his wife, Becky Lynch, for being a loving husband and father. However, it’s not what he always believed he was.

WWE comes with playing a character, and to succeed, one needs to believe in the character and become it to the best of their abilities.

However, it is also important to step out of it and be the real person.

Seth Rollins blurred the line between real life and reel life

While speaking with Mohr Stories with Jay Mohr, The Visionary revealed that there was a period in time when he never took off the work-hat, and was always Seth Rollins and never Colby Daniel Lopez. While the commitment to WWE was admirable, it sparked problems in his personal life and previous relationship.

I stopped taking off my work hat. I just kept wearing the work hat, and I became Seth Rollins.

My girlfriend at the time—I was not a good partner, partially because of that reason. Because I just put that hat on and that’s who I was.

I wasn’t one of those people who could pull it off without collateral damage. [14:11 onwards]

Currently, both Becky Lynch and he are working with WWE, and they do understand the kind of pressure and exhaustion the other feels. Furthermore, he seems to have found a balance between work and life and is able to spend time with his family.
