Seth Rollins Won’t Reveal Becky Lynch’s Future After WWE Exit

Becky Lynch is enjoying her time away from WWE.

On June 1st, Becky Lynch officially became a free agent after letting her WWE contract expire. There’s no word on when Lynch will be back in the ring, with recent reports suggesting she’ll be taking a lengthy hiatus before revealing her next move.

Naturally, this has sparked speculation the star could be heading to AEW, but at present, that appears to be a long shot. If and when The Man wrestles again it’s expected to be with WWE, with the company likely making her the highest-paid female star on the planet.

On Countdown to WWE Money in the Bank, Seth Rollins was asked about Lynch by Michael Cole, but the former World Champion was giving little away.

“‘The Man’s great. She’s great. I can’t speak to her future or what she’s got moving forward, but she’s great, she’s in good spirits, and the little one’s awesome as well. She’s three-and-a-half, and she’s a menace. She runs the ship,”

At Money In The Bank, Seth Rollins challenged Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Title, but his championship dreams were shattered by Drew McIntyre and CM Punk. After McIntyre cashed in his Money In The Bank contract, Punk interfered to make sure he wasn’t successful. The by-product of that attack meant Rollins was also left without the gold.

As stipulated before the match, Rollins is now unable to challenge for the World Championship again, while Priest is the champion.

Has Becky Lynch Already Signed A New WWE Deal?

Meanwhile, a new press release might have accidentally confirmed Becky Lynch will be staying with WWE.

On June 27th, WWE announced a new merchandise partnership with Manchester City, revealing a new range inspired by WWE stars such as Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and most interestingly, Lynch. While there’s been no official comment, it appears unlikely the Irish star would be involved if she wasn’t returning to the company.
