Sasha Banks Provides Update Following Reports Of Possible Injury
Sasha Banks has provided an update on her condition after it was reported that ‘The Boss’ appeared to have been hurt at a WWE live event.
On recent WWE live tours, Sasha Banks has been facing off against SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. The two had also been involved in Triple Threat matches including Toni Storm before the New Zealander abruptly resigned from the company.
At the WWE Live Supershow event in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Banks and Flair tangled once again, however, this time something appeared to go wrong for the challenger.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com reported that Sasha Banks seemed to have hurt her left leg or knee during the match after taking a backbreaker. He said that Banks’ leg appeared to be awkwardly planted following the move and a referee immediately checked on her.
The match then went to its finish quicker than planned with only a few more moves before Flair landed Natural Selection on Banks to retain her title. Following the match, WWE officials were seen helping Banks to the backstage area.
Sasha Banks has now taken to Twitter to provide an update on her condition following the incident and it appears to be positive news.
“I’m good Thank you for the love always.”
