Sammy Guevara Says “Things Are Coming To An End”

Sammy Guevara poses with TNT Championship

Sammy Guevara has given the clearest hint as to his future yet by suggesting that “things are coming to an end.”

Sammy Guevara will have AEW fans worried with his recent comments on social media, where he has asserted that things are coming to an end but more information will be forthcoming in his weekly Vlog:

“Thank you to the ones who’ve paid attention. Things are coming to an end. More tomorrow on the Vlog…”

The Spanish God is an AEW original taking part in the first singles match in company history on the pre-show for the inaugural Double Or Nothing pay-per-view in 2019. Guevara made history again on the first episode of Dynamite, competing in the first match of AEW’s flagship show in a losing effort against Cody Rhodes. Later on that evening Sammy Guevara joined Chris Jericho, Santana, Ortiz, and Jake Hager to form the Inner Circle.

During his time in AEW, Guevara has claimed the TNT Championship on three separate occasions but it was during his time as champion that fan support started to turn against him. Guevara’s relationship with Tay Melo was referenced on television and the two stars soon became a villainous double act before joining The Jericho Appreciation Society.

Sammy Guevara is scheduled to compete on the upcoming AEW Grand Slam show where he will face off with Eddie Kingston.
