Sami Zayn’s Return To WWE SmackDown Interrupted By Rising Star
This week’s edition of WWE SmackDown was packed with exciting debuts and returns, with a couple of huge names already making a return to the promotion.
Randy Orton opened the night when he interrupted The Miz, making a comeback to the blue brand after being away for a couple of months. However, he wasn’t the only one to make his return tonight.
Former United States Champion, Sami Zayn, also made a comeback to WWE tonight, as he made his first appearance on SmackDown since his loss against Solo Sikoa and his MFT the night before Survivor Series.
Sami Zayn was interrupted by Trick Williams on WWE SmackDown
Zayn cut an extremely passionate promo on SmackDown, claiming that he was ready to stop talking about winning the WWE Championship and actually win that title this year. However, he was interrupted by former NXT Champion Trick Williams.

Trick made an appearance last week as well and was announced to be a free agent. He made his claim for the World Championship before Zayn cut him off, stating that he hasn’t yet been humbled in the ring and that he would be available to do that when the time comes.
