Rumour Killer On CM Punk’s Raw Injury Scare

CM Punk and AJ Lee have been taking over WWE headlines like a storm.

The former WWE Divas Champion returned to the company on Monday Night RAW and took down Becky Lynch.

Currently, she has been booked for a Mixed Tag Team match alongside CM Punk against Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins.

CM Punk suffered an injury scare on WWE RAW

On the latest episode of Monday Night RAW, The Best in the World was seen celebrating with AJ Lee in the ring. They went to all four ropes in the ring, and Lee waved to the crowd.

While leaving the ring, Punk misjudged his rope exit and pivoted off the rope, and landed awkwardly at the edge of the ring. While it looked as though he was injured, he did manage to walk it off.

Social media was flooded with rumours of his injury, but recently, PWInsider killed it. It has been reported that Punk did not suffer any injury during his exit, and the landing, while gone wrong, has not put him in any danger.

It was further clarified that what was seen on social media about his injury had no concrete evidence.

So far, Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch were the ‘it’ couple of WWE. Now, CM Punk and AJ Lee have emerged as their strongest competitors.
