Ronda Rousey has made it known that she is not happy about the lack of women’s tag teams in WWE while also getting into Twitter wars with other WWE stars.

When it comes to voicing her opinion on any subject, Ronda Rousey isn’t shy about anything. The current WWE Smackdown superstar held the Smackdown Women’s Twice in 2022, but after losing the title in a surprising 45-second loss to Charlotte Flair, Rousey is now focused on the Women’s Tag Team Titles.

The duo of Ronda Rousey and her best friend Shayna Baszler are the resident mean girls on the Smackdown brand these days.

This past Friday on the February 24th edition of Smackdown, Rousey was in Baszler’s corner as Baszler defeated Natalya in a singles match. One week earlier, Rousey & Baszler beat Natalya & Shotzi in a tag team match.

On Twitter, Ronda Rousey complained about the lack of teams in the women’s division while claiming that the “division” consists of just Natalya and whoever she is aligned with that week.

“Apparently the entirety of the Smackdown tag division is @NatbyNature plus whatever poor soul she can recruit to her lost cause this week. #USOs defend their title every week, #DamageCNTRL has defended like twice in 6 months. What the hell is going on here?”

Bayley defended her Damage CTRL allies Dakota Kai & IYO SKY, who are the Women’s Tag Team Champions, by telling Rousey to show up to some live events and watch the titles get defended. Ronda Rousey fired back at Bayley by mocking the live event in Champagne, Illinois.

In Rousey’s defense, the last time that the Women’s Tag Team Titles were defended on television was over two months ago on the December 16th edition of Smackdown.

Natalya also responded in a humorous way saying it was Natalya’s assistant “Bob” while making a UFO joke since Rousey has been known to talk about conspiracy theories from time to time.

The Women’s Tag Team Champions from Damage CTRL, Dakota Kai & IYO SKY, will defend their Women’s Tag Team Titles this coming Monday on the February 27th edition of Raw when they face the team of Becky Lynch and WWE Hall of Famer Lita.

As for WrestleMania 39, Rousey and Baszler are expected to be the challengers in the Women’s Tag Team Title match against whoever the champions are. Considering Lynch and Lita are a babyface team with nothing else going on at WrestleMania at this point, perhaps most fans would consider them the favorites to walk into WrestleMania as the champions.
