Is Ronda Rousey Returning To WWE?

The former UFC and WWE star hasn’t wrestled since being defeated by Shayna Baszler at SummerSlam. Rousey is said to want to focus on spending time with her family, but she did make a brief return to the ring in November as a favour to her long-time friend Marina Shafir.

Interestingly, Baszler believes that Ronda Rousey could return to WWE, commenting that she’ll want to avenge the loss at SummerSlam.

While Shayna Baszler seems to think the door for a WWE return remains open, Ronda Rousey might have slammed it shut.

In reference to a lawsuit claiming that Vince McMahon committed several sexual assaults and was involved in sex trafficking, Rousey said as long as Bruce Prichard is involved with WWE, McMahon will still have a hand in the business. She added that during McMahon’s first “retirement” in late 2022, he continued to run things through Prichard.
