Roman Reigns’ WWE Survivor Series Status Revealed
Good news for hardcore Roman Reigns fans!
Roman Reigns made his return to WWE after an absence since the Clash in Paris attack on August 31, 2025. His comeback happened on the September 29 episode of Monday Night Raw, where he helped his cousins Jey and Jimmy Uso beat The Brons (Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker) in a Tornado Tag Team Match.
Then, on the October 6 edition of WWE Monday Night RAW, Reigns challenged Reed to an Australian Street Fight at WWE Crown Jewel, which will take place at the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia, on October 11.
Roman Reigns Will Wrestle at Survivor Series 2025
After Crown Jewel, WWE will hold its next major PLE, Survivor Series: WarGames, on November 29, 2025, at Petco Park in San Diego, California. According to veteran wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer, Reigns will appear at this year’s Survivor Series PLE. Meltzer added he would probably take part in the WarGames match rather than a singles bout.
Fans have been wanting to see Reigns take on Seth Rollins in a singles match since WrestleMania 41, when The Visionary stole The OTC’s Wiseman. But Meltzer, on his report, noted that it’s unlikely that Reigns will face Seth Rollins in a singles match before January 2026, probably not until WrestleMania 42 next year. Both Reigns and Rollins are expected to participate in the Royal Rumble leading up to WrestleMania, so fans will have to wait a while for that big showdown.
“There’s no Roman Reigns/Seth Rollins match before at the earliest January, and I doubt January because I’m sure they’ll both be in the Rumble…He’s [Roman Reigns] definitely doing the San Diego show, but he’s not in a singles match in San Diego, he’s in the WarGames, unless they change.”
