Roman Reigns’ WWE Reunion Flops At Crown Jewel

Roman Reigns had a night to forget as his reunion with The Usos went very wrong and not just thanks to The Bloodline.

After Jimmy Uso screwed Jey Uso out of the Undisputed WWE Championship at SummerSlam in 2023, Jey simply walked away from his family and set out on his own on Raw. Ultimately, Jey Uso picked up a win over his brother Jimmy at WrestleMania 40 but he achieved great solo success highlighted by his winning the Intercontinental Title.

However, Uso’s Intercontinental Title reign came to a premature end when The Bloodline interfered in his bout against Bron Breakker on Raw, a few days after Jey tried to talk some sense into Solo Sikoa about not splitting the family.

Jimmy Uso set about trying to put the family back together to fight off The Bloodline which led to The Usos reuniting in an emotional embrace after both men interfered to help The Motor City Machine Guns defeat Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa for the WWE Tag Team Championship.

Roman Reigns looked on from the entranceway seemingly unsure of what to make of the reunion but he got on the same page with his cousins to team with them at Crown Jewel as Reigns and The Usos faced Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a six-man tag team match.

However, it was not a happy reunion in the end as Solo Sikoa shockingly pinned Roman Reigns to win the match for the new Bloodline. But with the numbers advantage as Tonga Loa stalked Reigns and The Usos at ringside, The Bloodline continued the attack.

That brought out Sami Zayn to a huge ovation and despite teasing a hug with Solo Sikoa, Zayn nailed him with a huge suplex as The Usos and Reigns helped clear the ring leaving Solo Sikoa completely surrounded. However, it will not be a smooth path to reconciliation as Zayn ended up nailing Reigns with a helluva kick as he attempted to nail Sikoa at the same time Reigns tried to hit his usurper with a spear.
