Roman Reigns Set For Tribal Combat At WWE Raw Netflix Premiere

Roman Reigns issued a huge challenge for the WWE Raw Netflix premiere episode.

The Original Bloodline group led by Roman Reigns was victorious at Survivor Series: WarGames when they beat The New Bloodline led by Solo Sikoa. That WarGames match ended when Reigns hit a Spear on his cousin Solo to pick up the win for his team.

When Roman’s team with The Usos faced Solo’s New Bloodline group at Crown Jewel, Solo’s team won that match when Solo pinned Reigns.

Since the battle of The Bloodline has been even so far, there needs to be at least one more match to settle who the real “Tribal Chief” is.

In a video that aired on WWE SmackDown from Hartford, Roman Reigns called out Solo Sikoa for a Tribal Combat Match.

The video featured Roman Reigns standing outside somewhere with the “Wise Man” Paul Heyman standing behind him. Reigns said it’s been a rough year because not that long ago, “we ran everything.” Reigns said in the spring and through the summer, it all fell apart. Reigns said he lost his title, he lost the Wise Man and he lost The Bloodline. Reigns spoke about how, most importantly, he lost his Ula Fala (the red necklace that the “Tribal Chief” wears).

As he continued, Reigns said that four years ago, Solo wasn’t there. Reigns said he didn’t take that Ula Fala, he earned it. Reigns said that his father and his uncle – Solo’s great uncles – crowned Reigns with the responsibility to lead this family. Reigns said that what matters to him is his family and the Ula Fala and the responsibilities he can handle.

Roman Reigns said that for some people, January 6th is all about Netflix. Reigns said for him, it’s all about Tribal Combat (Heyman had a shocked look on his face). Reigns said that Solo’s Bloodline won one (at Crown Jewel) and Roman’s Bloodline won one (at Survivor Series), so Reigns wants to leave the tribes on the sidelines and let them spectate. Reigns said it’s Tribal Chief vs. Tribal Chief.

The video concluded with Reigns saying that on January 6th on Netflix, he’ll take back his Bloodline and take back his Ula Fala. Reigns said he’ll take back his respect. Reigns also stated that once he has that respect, the whole world will have no choice but to acknowledge him. Heyman put his hands together to acknowledge Reigns to end it.

Triple H Makes Roman Reigns Match Request Official For January 6th Raw

After WWE SmackDown ended, Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque went on social media to confirm that the Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa match is set for the January 6th edition of Raw at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles.

A WWE transfer window has opened up, which means that Roman Reigns could become a Raw talent after spending over four years as the biggest superstar on the SmackDown brand. Since Raw’s move to Netflix is obviously a big thing for the company, it makes sense for WWE to want to put Reigns on Netflix in front of what will likely be a bigger audience compared to what SmackDown gets on USA Network.
