Roman Reigns Called Out By SmackDown Newcomer
It’s not a surprise when somebody on the WWE Smackdown roster is looking for a shot at Roman Reigns, who is a marked man due to the championships he holds.
The “Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns has been the WWE Universal Champion for nearly 800 days. At WrestleMania 38 in April, Reigns added the WWE Title to his championship collection, which led to the company calling him the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
At Crown Jewel on November 5th, Reigns was put to the test by Logan Paul, who competed in only his third WWE match. Logan nearly won the match multiple times including after he hit “one lucky punch” and also an impressive Frog Splash for a nearfall. However, Reigns came back to win the match after Logan hit a dive onto The Usos on the floor. Reigns connected with a Superman Punch followed by a Spear for the win.
After that Crown Jewel match, Legado del Fantasma’s leader Santos Escobar made an interesting comment on Twitter shortly after Roman’s match.
@WWERomanReigns TRIBAL CHIEF!! Consider yourself ACKNOWLEDGED. When the time is right… I’m coming for you. 👊🏽☠️🇲🇽 #WWECrownJewel #SmackDown

While Reigns didn’t reply to the tweet from Escobar, he does like to be acknowledged at all times, even on Twitter.
The Legado Del Fantasma group recently joined the Smackdown roster with Escobar leading Joaquin Wilde & Cruz Del Toro there while Zelina Vega also joined the group.
Escobar will be in action on the November 11th edition of Smackdown when he faces Shinsuke Nakamura.
