Roman Reigns’ Royal Rumble Plans Revealed
Roman Reigns is settling scores in WWE but now one report has given an insight into what he will be doing when the Royal Rumble comes around.
Roman Reigns returned to WWE at SummerSlam where he made sure Solo Sikoa did not capture the WWE Championship from Cody Rhodes.
Reigns lost that title to Rhodes at WrestleMania 40 but in his absence from WWE, Solo Sikoa rebuilt The Bloodline in his image and began referring to himself as The Tribal Chief.
Roman Reigns will team up with Cody Rhodes at Bad Blood to face Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu but what does the future hold for the OTC in WWE?
Roman Reigns Heading Into Royal Rumble
Speaking on a Backstage Pass Live Q&A, WrestleVotes has reported that it looks like Reigns will be part of the men’s Royal Rumble match in 2025:
From just the short questions that I asked that I got back, he’s probably more likely to be in the Rumble for the first time in a while as opposed to a singles stand-alone match…
Roman’s on the Rumble poster, likely to be in the Rumble match.
For the last four Rumble events, Roman Reigns has defended his Universal/WWE Universal Championship and not been part of the Rumble match itself.
The last time Roman Reigns took part in the Royal Rumble match was in 2020 where he finished as runner-up to Drew McIntyre. Incredibly, out of the six Rumble matches Reigns has been a part of he has one won in 2015, finished as runner-up four times, and in 2016 finished in third place for the bout that he entered as WWE Champion.
