Roman Reigns’ Return Will Allegedly Tarnish Top WWE Star’s Plans

Roman Reigns’ WWE comeback may be bad news for a former champion.

Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins took out The Original Tribal Chief on the RAW after WrestleMania 41. The 40-year-old then went on a three-month hiatus before surprisingly returning last night on RAW.

The OTC1’s comeback happened just after CM Punk beat Breakker to win a Gauntlet Match for a shot at Gunther’s World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam.

He immediately went after the former Intercontinental Champion and his partner, Bronson Reed, as they beat down his cousin, Jey Uso, and The Second City Saint.

While addressing Reigns’ return on his Notsam Wrestling podcast, WWE analyst Sam Roberts suggested that The OTC1’s comeback would have a direct impact on Breakker’s plans.

I love this idea that Bron Breakker is the future, and he’s ready to claim his throne now. Except, unfortunately, for Bron Breakker, Roman Reigns woke up this morning and that’s really gonna throw a monkey wrench into his entire plan. [12:25 onwards]

Roman Reigns Could Face Bron Breakker At WWE SummerSlam

The Original Tribal Chief was rumored to fight Seth Rollins at SummerSlam. However, The Visionary suffered a legitimate knee injury at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Speaking on The Last Word podcast, former WWE employee Tommy Carlucci predicted that Roman Reigns would now square off with Bron Breakker at The Biggest Party of the Summer.

It just proves how this man (Reigns) is the king, right? I mean, that pop for him coming out was just unbelievable. He’s the man, there is no doubt about it. I bet you, at SummerSlam, and this is my prediction, I bet he goes against Bron Breakker at SummerSlam.
