Roman Reigns Praised By WWE Hall Of Famer For Being In Control
A legendary WWE superstar is acknowledging Roman Reigns for The Tribal Chief’s ability to be in control during his matches.
Roman Reigns will be in a familiar spot at WrestleMania 41 – the main event. The match that will see Reigns face off against Seth Rollins and CM Punk in a triple threat match will be the main event of WrestleMania 41 Saturday.
It will be the 11th WrestleMania main event match in Reigns’ incredible career. Most of those main events have been on WrestleMania Sunday, but in today’s era, Saturday or Sunday counts just the same.
Bret Hart is a WWE Hall of Famer who knows a lot about being a WWE Champion and a WrestleMania main eventer. Some people think that Hart is tough on today’s wrestlers, but The Hitman told Cheap Heat with Peter Rosenberg that Reigns knows how to take control in his matches while also setting up for what’s to come.
“When I watch a lot of the younger guys or the guys that have come up, I see that sort of erratic kind of panic sometimes, where they rush into stuff. But when I see Roman Reigns wrestle, he’s always in control. He’s always very calm.
He’s always kind of already got it figured out what the next sequence of moves are going to be and how he’s going to do them and how he’s going to execute them. He just never seems to panic.”
Roman Reigns Is Driven To Succeed
Earlier in the year, Roman Reigns spoke about his mindset as a WWE superstar and how he’s constantly striving for more.
“I’m a sick man. I got that thing, that drive. I want more, always want more. Goal posts go back. We’re in the end zone. Move them back again. We got pretty high. There’s another level. So I’m always trying to get better. I just believe this is what I’m supposed to do.
The Wiseman picks me up in the morning. ‘How you doing?’ I woke up. Everybody else is f**ked because I woke up. That’s how I look at it. You all had a chance until I woke up, and today’s mine. That’s just what it is.”
Roman Reigns is scheduled to appear on the final WWE Raw episode before WrestleMania on April 14th in Sacramento, where he could be looking for CM Punk and Seth Rollins.
