Roman Reigns Makes Heartbreaking Revelation Ahead Of WWE Survivor Series

Roman Reigns has made a shocking personal revelation.

Upon his return to WWE in August 2020 after months of absence, the former Universal Champion aligned with Paul Heyman. For nearly five years, the WWE Hall of Famer served as Reigns’ Wiseman and Special Counsel.

Nevertheless, Heyman turned on his Tribal Chief earlier this year to join forces with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 41. The two later formed The Vision, alongside Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.

Reigns has since been at war with The Oracle’s new faction. Although Breakker and Reed have turned on Rollins, that did not stop The Original Tribal Chief from continuing his feud with The Vision.

Roman Reigns Reveals His Biggest Mistake

While Roman Reigns is set to team up with The Usos, World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, and Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes in tonight’s Men’s WarGames match, Paul Heyman will be in the opponent’s corner. The Oracle will guide the team of The Vision, Drew McIntyre, and Brock Lesnar.

Speaking to Jackie Redmond ahead of the premium live event, Reigns addressed his relationship with Heyman. He admitted that his biggest mistake, which he regretted, was trusting his former Wiseman.

Jackie Redmond: Do you think he actually cares about helping the next generation guys, like Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, or is this self-interest for him? What’s your take?

Roman Reigns: The old Wiseman. I think it’s a beautiful mix of both. I think he’s one of those guys where, yes, all his marbles are in one basket. So, does he care about this industry? Of course. This is where he’s made his career, his life, his livelihood. His superpowers, he can identify who that future star could be. He’s gonna ride him till the wheels fall off, and then find the next guy. So, I think he’s doing exactly what he’s set out to do.

And that’s why for me, should have kept it simple. Should have kept it family only, Bloodline only. People with the same blood coursing through the same veins. That was my biggest mistake. [2:08 onwards]
