Roman Reigns Finally Loses At Money In The Bank
Roman Reigns is human after all as he suffered a huge loss at Money In The Bank as his former right hand man proved his worth in the main event.
Over the last several months, the world has started to crumble around Roman Reigns as despite still holding onto his WWE Universal Championship with an iron grip, his Bloodline has collapsed around him, leaving him more exposed than he has been in years.
At the Royal Rumble, Sami Zayn finally had enough of having his loyalty doubted when he slammed a chair into Reigns’ back. This resulted in Zayn reuniting with Kevin Owens to defeat The Usos for the WWE Tag Team Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 39. A result that did not go down well with Roman Reigns.
The Tribal Chief has become increasingly critical of The Usos since then and at Night of Champions Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa looked to do what The Usos couldn’t as they challenged Zayn and Owens for their gold. The champions retained their title thanks in no small part to Jimmy Uso finally snapping with Reigns and dropping him with a super kick.
On the 16th of June edition of SmackDown a conflicted Jey Uso was forced into making a decision as to where his loyalty lies and Roman Reigns got his answer when his right hand man stuck his right boot into Reigns’ face.

At Money In The Bank, The Bloodline Civil War took place as The Usos faced down Solo Sikoa and Roman Reigns in a main event tag team match. In a match that ebbed and flowed with drama and action, it looked like Reigns was going to achieve what he set out to after a customary ref bump as he stacked The Usos on top of each other to try and achieve the win in the same fashion he did at WrestleMania 37 but The Usos both kicked out.
Jey Uso kicked out of a massive spear with a low blow to Reigns before The Usos took complete control and after several superkicks and a Uso Splash, Jey Uso became the first man since Baron Corbin in December 2019 to pin Roman Reigns.
