There has been plenty of hype around Logan Paul’s return to Friday Night SmackDown, after he went after ‘The Head Of The Table on social media.
The latest report from Dave Meltzer at The Wrestling Observer claims that WWE are building towards a match between the pair in Saudi Arabia, which would be at Crown Jewel on 5th November.
WWE looks to be building to a Roman Reigns vs. Paul match. If that does happen, November’s Crown Jewel pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia appears to be a possible destination. Neither Reigns nor Paul are advertised for October’s Extreme Rules PPV.
The report also claims that a press conference to announce the match is already scheduled to take place this Saturday following SmackDown.
Logan Paul has impressed many with his previous sporadic appearances inside the squared circle, most recently in a victory over The Miz at WrestleMania 38.
In contrast, Roman Reigns is in the midst of a title reign which has lasted over 700 days, most recently retaining over Drew McIntryre at Clash At The Castle.
The spat between the pair led to the social media infuencer claiming on his podcast recently that he felt he’d win if he ever got the chance to get in the ring with the leader of The Bloodline.
