Roman Reigns Acknowledges Fan With Incredible Gift
Roman Reigns may be on a WWE television hiatus, but the Tribal Chief is still making a big impact with his fans.
The last time WWE fans saw Roman Reigns was at WrestleMania 40 when he headlined both nights of the biggest event of the year. While WrestleMania 40 Saturday went well for Reigns since he teamed up with The Rock to beat Seth Rollins & Cody Rhodes, the same can’t be said about what happened the next day.
At WrestleMania 40 Sunday, despite there being “Bloodline Rules” for Reigns’ Undisputed WWE Title defense against Cody Rhodes, the Tribal Chief lost the championship that he held for 1,316 days. Specifically, he held the Universal Title for 1,316 days, which was then merged with the WWE Title that Reigns held for two years.
As a married father of five, Reigns is likely keeping busy away from the WWE ring while fans anticipate his return. Nearly every week on Smackdown, “We Want Roman” chants are directed at the current version of The Bloodline led by Solo Sikoa.
While Roman Reigns remains absent from WWE, he’s still a man of the people. The Joe Dimaggio Children’s Hospital in Miami shared on Instagram that Reigns surprised a young patient named Emma with VIP suite tickets and a “Meet And Greet” with Grammy Award-winning musician Bad Bunny, who has also competed in a WWE ring.

Rikishi Suggests A Roman Reigns Comeback For SummerSlam
The 2024 edition of SummerSlam takes place on August 3rd in Cleveland. While there have been rumors of Roman Reigns returning for that show, nothing is confirmed yet. Roman’s uncle Rikishi thinks that would be a good spot for Reigns to face off with Rikishi’s son Solo Sikoa.
“I almost see Roman [Reigns] coming in and Solo [Sikoa] standing his ground, because that could be something with the outstanding performance of Solo holding it down since Roman is out of the picture. He’s been doing a very good job of building his brand and holding that part of The Bloodline. I guess they call it Bloodline 2.0,’
‘I’m always thinking about what the fans would like to see. If fans want to see it, that definitely makes money. We all know Solo was the kind of The Enforcer for Roman, and how good would it be to see that even if it’s just for one match? It could be at SummerSlam or at a big event.”
There’s no official word on when the real Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns, will return to WWE television.
