Roman Reigns Could Face Familiar Foes At Money In The Bank
Roman Reigns is a man in demand but WWE has announced that The Tribal Chief will be making the trip to England this summer to be part of Money In The Bank.
For the first time in the event’s history, the Money In The Bank event will take place outside of the United States as WWE’s finest will do battle over the famous briefcases in The O2 Arena in London, England on July 1st. On the Friday night before the huge event, SmackDown will also emanate from the banks of the Thames, and Roman Reigns is set to be part of both shows.
It remains to be seen what Reigns’ role on the show will be and if he will be defending his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship, however, a new report suggests one idea for Reigns is to see The Bloodline explode in a huge tag team match.
WRKD Wrestling has now reported that one idea being discussed for Reigns in London is that he will team with Solo Sikoa to take on The Usos in a tag team bout. That would ensure the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship stayed with The Tribal Chief heading into SummerSlam:
While plans are still taking shape, one idea discussed for Money In The Bank in London is Roman Reigns/Solo vs. The Usos, freeing up Roman for a title defense at SummerSlam.
