Roman Reigns & Brock Lesnar Could Shockingly Unite In WWE Storyline
Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar could surprisingly ally in a wild WWE scenario.
Earlier this year, WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman unexpectedly turned on his Tribal Chief to align with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 41. Meanwhile, The Oracle reunited with Brock Lesnar at Wrestlepalooza ahead of The Beast Incarnate’s match against John Cena.
While Lesnar’s current relationship with Heyman is unclear, Reigns considers his former Wiseman a fierce enemy. The 60-year-old’s alliance with Seth Rollins has also taken an unexpected turn last Monday on RAW when Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed betrayed The Visionary.
Despite looking astonished by what happened, the WWE Hall of Famer seemed to take Reed and Breakker’s side. However, wrestling veteran Disco Inferno suggested his alliance with the two powerhouses may not last. Speaking on the Keepin’ It 100 podcast, the former WCW wrestler wondered if Heyman could reunite with Lesnar and Reigns to stand against The Vision.
I wonder, because Paul Heyman got swerved on this, right? So, I wonder if Paul Heyman’s gonna think, like, ‘Okay, these guys…’ I wonder if Paul brings back Brock and Roman. Like, Brock and Roman, like, Paul’s two OG original guys to take care of these two. That would definitely elevate these characters. [9:27 onwards]
WWE Reportedly Scrapped Brock Lesnar Plan After Seth Rollins’ Injury
Brock Lesnar has been absent from WWE since squashing John Cena at Wrestlepalooza. However, the Stamford-based company was reportedly planning for The Beast Incarnate to return to the ring at Survivor Series.
According to a from Fightful, Triple H and his crew aimed to have Lesnar and Austin Theory team up with The Vision against a team led by Roman Reigns at Survivor Series. Nevertheless, these plans were scrapped after The Visionary’s injury.
RAW General Manager Adam Pearce is set to address Rollins’ situation tonight on RAW. It would be interesting to see in what direction this storyline would go.
