Becky Lynch screwed CM Punk out of the World Heavyweight Championship at Clash in Paris, as she helped her husband Seth Rollins retain his title. Lynch has now aligned on-screen with Rollins and The Vision, bringing even more experience and success to the dominant group.
But according to Paul Heyman, Lynch’s arrival in The Vision is all Roman Reigns’ fault.
Becky Lynch Needed After Roman Reigns Attack
Speaking on First Take, Paul Heyman how Roman Reigns attacking him brought together Lynch and The Vision on-screen as she was plan B to make sure Rollins wasn’t left alone during Heyman’s absence:
All right, everything to do with it. I’ll reveal it to you right now. It came together because of me. Would you like to know why? Because Roman Reigns choked my ass out. That’s why. We had to go to plan B, which was plan Becky. You can’t leave the champ out there all by himself.
Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins will team up in a match for the first time in six years when they face CM Punk and AJ Lee at Wrestlepalooza. AJ Lee returned to WWE to even the sides for her husband, and the Wrestlepalooza bout will be Lee’s first match in over ten years.
The rest of The Vision will also be in action at Wrestlepalooza as Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker will combine their might to take on Jimmy and Jey Uso.
