Why Roman Reigns Will Always Be Tribal Chief To One WWE Star
The Bloodline has been in turmoil since WrestleMania 40 with Roman Reigns’ loss leaving a power vacuum at the top of the group.
Cody Rhodes finished his story at WrestleMania 40 when he defeated Roman Reigns in a wild match for the WWE Universal Championship. Over that weekend, Jimmy Uso also lost to Jey Uso and his loss did not go unpunished.
With Reigns on hiatus from WWE, Solo Sikoa seems to have performed a hostile takeover of The Bloodline and brutally kicked Jimmy Uso out of the group while welcoming in Tama Tonga. All of this seemed to catch Paul Heyman by surprise and there might be hell to pay when Roman Reigns returns.
Jey Uso Pays Tribute To Roman Reigns
Speaking to Gorilla Position, Jey Uso was asked about the issues in The Bloodline, a group he left a long time ago and despite turning his back on Roman Reigns and losing to him several times in violent matches for the WWE Universal Title, Reigns will always sit at the head of Jey’s table:
For me, Roman Reigns will always be my Tribal Chief. I learned from him, he’s the one who brought us to the promise land. Now the snakes wanna step up. Solo Sikoa is a big hitter, man. So, I’m just glad I’m not on Fridays no more, you know what I’m saying? I do my thing on Monday. I’m gonna let that family drama go down over there as long as they keep it on SmackDown I’ll be alright.
Jey Uso also explained why he believes his WrestleMania match let people down as he says it was cut for time.
