Roman Reigns Allegedly Considers 40-Year-Old WWE Star His Successor
When Roman Reigns steps aside, for good, someone else will need to take over.
Currently, The OTC is still at the Head of the Table. He is motivated by revenge and is only going after Seth Rollins, Bronson Reed, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman.
However, the Anoa’i family legacy will need to be moved forward. It seems that the former Undisputed WWE Champion has found his replacement.
Roman Reigns might be considering Jey Uso as his successor
During the time that The OTC is not on TV, things are still moving forward. At some point, someone else has to take the reins and lead from the front.
On Notsam Wrestling, Sam Roberts explained that Roman Reigns might be viewing Jey Uso as his successor.
If Roman is the guy and Roman’s not on TV all the time and everything moves on with or without him, then that would put the lineage of the family into question, right? And nothing is more important to Roman than the lineage.
For the first time in the whole run of this character, it would appear based on SummerSlam, based on the buildup and based on Clash in Paris, the Monday before Clash in Paris, and based on last night that for the first time, Roman sees somebody that can fill his shoes.
And I’m not talking about the guy who steals his shoes, Bronson Reed. That’s not the guy. He stole those shoes. He can’t fill those shoes. He stole them. I’m talking about Jey Uso.And for the first time, Roman is ready to, I mean last night they had to bleep it out cause he said, “F them all. This is yours now.” And he didn’t look at Jimmy and Jey together and say, “Guys, this belongs to you.” He looked straight at Jey, and he said, “F them all. This is yours now.”
Roman Reigns has been advertised for Survivor Series. WWE will likely book him for a massive WarGames match with The Usos against The Vision.
