Why The Rock’s Right-Hand Man Should Replace Triple H

Triple H WWE

Triple H has received a fair amount of criticism for various aspects of WWE storytelling.

The Chief Content Officer has been accused of repetitive booking and a lack of freshness, failing to maintain compelling storylines.

Fans and critics have cited finishes in John Cena’s matches, which often end with the Undisputed WWE Champion employing underhanded tactics.

Triple H’s over-reliance on talents like Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and Charlotte Flair has also been questioned.

Other prominent issues include the mishandling of talents like Wyatt Sicks and rushing through major rivalries.

The King of Kings has been aware of the heat coming his way, and he made an unsuccessful attempt to thwart critics in April this year.

During an interview with Peter Rosenberg, he sparked outrage with the following comment:

This will sound offensive to every critic out there. I wish I could tell people off for being a critic. Be a fan. Go watch this and be a fan.

Ex-WWE Writer Thinks Brian Gewirtz Would Do A Better Job Than Triple H

Wrestling fans from the Attitude Era know who Brian Gewirtz is.

Gewirtz was one of the writers during the peak of WWE programming in the late 1990s and 2000s.

He later quit the company to join Seven Bucks Productions, a company run by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and his ex-wife Dany Garcia.

While The Final Boss’ right-hand man has not spoken about returning to WWE writing, it may happen if both parties agree.

Appearing on the Coach and Bro podcast, Vince Russo was asked if ‘Rock & his writers would make the shows better,’ to which he had a resounding “yes”.

Yes, I do think so. Because, again, please, this is not a knock on Triple H. He is not a writer. [18:28 onwards]

Russo then cited the mishandling of the late Bray Wyatt, stating how Triple H & Co. went toe-to-toe with him instead of understanding his idea behind the character.

Reports of a power struggle within the TKO members are rampant, and so is The Final Boss and The Game not seeing eye-to-eye.
