Rising WWE Star Earns Huge Win At Saturday Night’s Main Event

Former WWE Women’s Champion Bayley is one of the best female stars NXT has ever produced, and she was the face of the women’s division during her time on the black-and-yellow brand.

Keeping that in mind, it was only fitting that she was involved in the only women’s match on the Saturday Night’s Main Event card, which featured three matches between NXT and main roster stars.

Former NXT Women’s North American Champion Sol Ruca is arguably the most talented female wrestler on the brand currently. She took on Bayley in a hugely competitive match at the Capitol One Arena, following Cody Rhodes’ match with Oba Femi.

Sol Ruca earns a huge win over Bayley at WWE SNME

The two wrestlers fought a hugely entertaining match which featured quite a lot of high-flying and hard-hitting action. Both women had their friends with them at ringside as Lyra Valkyria was present in Bayley’s corner and Ruca was accompanied by Zaria.

The match featured several nearfalls for both wrestlers as they tried to get the better of the other but nothing got them the win. Bayley seemed to have won the match at one point as she hit the Roseplant but Ruca got her foot on the rope in time.

The match came to an end as Sol Ruca hit Bayley with a Sol Snatcher out of nowhere. Bayley tried to get out of the ring after being hit with the move but Sol got her back in. She almost got pinned by the veteran wrestler in the process but she reversed the attempt to get the win.
