Ridge Holland Forced To Deny Scammer Claims

Ridge Holland has been forced to deny scammer claims as he clears up confusion over a GoFundMe.

Ridge Holland recently announced that he’d been informed by WWE that his contract won’t be renewed when it expires in mid-November. This decision was greeted by anger in a lot of corners, as Holland is currently out of action after suffering a serious injury during a match in a TNA ring.

Holland later took to social media to vent his frustration, claiming that he was struggling to pay his mortgage, and it was subsequently reported that this decision caused WWE to terminate his contract early.

As the controversy around his departure continued to grow, a GoFundMe page was set up, with the likes of Chelsea Green, Kyle Fletcher, Nick Jackson, Omos, and more all donating. However, Holland responded to the GoFundMe with a statement where he claimed that he had no idea it was being set up and asked that no further donations be made.

Ridge Holland also noted that he’d be donating the money to charity. This caused more outrage from some, as the money had been donated in good faith to him to help ease his burden and provide for his family while injured and unable to wrestle.

Now the English star has been forced onto social media again to deny scam claims and explain again what he’s planning on doing as far as a charity donation goes:

I AM NOT DONATING THE GO FUND ME MONEY!

Once I am earning money and in a position to donate I will donate to charity. This will be the money i earn not the go fund me money.

I am not a scammer.
