Ricky Saints & Ethan Page Go Head-To-Head With AEW For NXT Title
Ricky Saints and Ethan Page will be in a WWE ring during AEW’s biggest show of the year as they go head-to-head with each other and their former company.
WWE has been aggressive with its counter-programming of AEW, announcing a Saturday Night’s Main Event to run head-to-head with All In Texas. As a result, Tony Khan moved his show to the afternoon, only for WWE to follow up by announcing NXT Great American Bash, which will air live at the same time as All In.
NXT Great American Bash will see Oba Femi defend his NXT Championship against Yoshiki Inamura, while Blake Monroe will take part in her first televised match in WWE as she teams with Jordynne Grace to take on Fatal Influence.
Ricky Saints To Get His Hands On Ethan Page
Now, on the July 8th edition of NXT, a new match has been made pitting Ricky Saints and Ethan Page against one another again. Saints was forced to run the Vanity Project gauntlet to get his hands on the NXT North American Champion, but he did just that, defeating Brad Baylor, Ricky Smokes, and Jackson Drake. Ricky Saints then challenged Page to a Falls Count Anywhere match for the gold on July 12th.
FALLS. COUNT. ANYWHERE.
