Ric Flair & Mike Tyson Filed An Embezzlement Lawsuit Against Carma HoldCo Inc. Executives

Ric Flair and Mike Tyson have filed a federal lawsuit against former executives of cannabis company Carma HoldCo Inc., alleging a massive embezzlement scheme tied to their branded products: Tyson 2.0 and Ric Flair Drip.

The 76-page complaint, filed in U.S. District Court in Illinois, accuses ex-president Chad Bronstein, CEO Adam Wilks, chief legal officer Nicole Cosby, and shareholder James Case of involvement in wire fraud, money laundering, extortion, securities fraud, and self-dealing.

They reportedly treated Carma as a “personal piggy bank,” misusing over $1 million for private jets, yacht costs, home renovations, mortgages, lavish meals, and unapproved bonuses while selling unauthorized licensing rights.

Tyson and Flair seek over $50 million in damages plus a jury trial. Defendants deny the claims, calling it a “shakedown” and “fiction.”
