Ric Flair Tells Wild Story Involving Drunk Shawn Michaels

Ric Flair has been in the industry since 1972 and has been involved with WWE since 1991. It goes without saying that The Nature Boy has quite a few stories up his sleeve.

On Games with Names, Flair spoke about the time when Shawn Michaels had asked Flair about the latter’s drinking all the time. Flair recalled The Heartbreak Kid telling him to just watch TV instead of drinking.

While that didn’t work, Shaw Michaels did try to drink with Ric Flair, and it did not end well for him.

So anyway, the next day, I say, ‘Just have one beer right?’ (laughs) So, one led to two, two led to three. Finally we landed in Paris, and he said, ‘Okay, I’m just going to do your think one time and just and that’s it. I’m done f**king around with this sh**.’ So I walk into the hotel. I don’t even go upstairs. I pay the guy to take my bags upstairs and I go right to the bar. And then I get food to go from the restaurants that are open and all that. We stayed up till 3 ‘o’ clock in the morning. Shawn got murdered (laughs). The Hardy Boyz had to take him to his room. He got up the next day. He said, ‘F**k you.’ He got on a plane and went home. So I said, ‘I didn’t force you to do it.’ He said, ‘God damn it. That’s what hanging around with you does to everybody.

Ric Flair made a bold claim about Charlotte Flair

Currently, quite a few WWE superstars have made their way to the top. Now, while not all can be the best, some are quite close to being the best.

The WWE Hall of Famer believes that Charlotte Flair is not just the best wrestler on the women’s roster, but the best wrestler in the company!
