WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair looks set to make a shocking comeback to the company, saying that he will be at both the Royal Rumble and Raw’s 30th anniversary.
WWE is apparently intent on adding some flair to the upcoming Royal Rumble and 30th anniversary edition of Monday Night Raw with Ric Flair stating that he’s been asked to attend both shows.
Speaking on his To Be The Man podcast, Flair revealed that he will be at the 2023 Royal Rumble event that will be held in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas:
“I’m gonna be there. They didn’t say don’t tell anybody.”
The Nature Boy then added that he’s also been invited to the 30th anniversary edition of Monday Night Raw that will take place on January 23rd – less than a week before the Royal Rumble:
“I’ve been invited and it’s a f**king big deal. Why, because it’s Raw and it’s a big f**king deal. I’m on it, hell yea are you kidding me? 30 years.”
It remains unknown whether or not Flair will appear on-screen at the events. Flair left WWE in August 2021 after asking for his release from the company and he went on to have what was billed as his final match in July 2022.
