Ric Flair Reveals His Wrestling G.O.A.T.
While Ric Flair is considered by many to be the greatest wrestler to ever grace the squared circle, The Man has named the star he believes to be the G.O.A.T.
With a wrestling career spanning almost five decades, Ric Flair has seen and done everything in the professional wrestling business. Over the years, he has clashed with some of the biggest stars in history, from Harley Race, Dusty Rhodes, and Sting, to Triple H, The Undertaker, and Randy Orton.
However, there is one man who stands above all the others for The Nature Boy and he revealed who he believes is the greatest in-ring wrestler of all time during an appearance on the Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling.
“I think Shawn Michaels is the best in-ring performer (of all time). I think Hulk [Hogan] and Steve Austin are the two biggest stars of all time. I’m basing that on who drew the most money in their time frame.”
At 73-years-old, Ric Flair will hit the ring one more time to wrap up one of the most legendary wrestling careers of all time when he takes part in his last match ever this July as part of the Starrcast convention.
Starrcast V runs over SummerSlam weekend in Nashville, Tennessee and the lineup includes many shows and stars fans won’t want to miss. As well as Flair’s final match, the event will also see the WWE Hall of Famer roasted by both his friends and professional comedians.
