Ric Flair Made Major Request To Brock Lesnar During WWE Match

Entering the ring against Brock Lesnar is never a cake walk for anyone, regardless of how big the superstar is.

The Beast can truly annihilate anyone in the ring, even the young guns. Whenever he is in the ring for a match or even a promo, fans go berserk!

Lesnar’s most recent match was against John Cena at Wrestlepalooza, which he won.

Ric Flair asked Brock Lesnar to go easy

During an appearance on Games with James, Ric Flair revealed that he had to enter an impromptu match against Brock Lesnar. Vince McMahon informed him of it at the last moment and was visibly upset because Flair did not have his gear with him.

Given that he was 56 years old, he had to request that Lesnar go easy on him.

I’m 56 years old and I have to wrestle Brock Lesnar. So what happened was Steve quit. So I got to TV and Vince said, ‘Where’s your gear?’ I said, ‘My gear? I thought I was the co-owner of the company.’ He said, ‘You were. Now you’re wrestling tonight. And I said, ‘Who?’ He said, ‘Brock.’ ‘Brock Lesnar?’ He said, ‘Get your sh** and never come to TV without it again. I went from being a commissioner or whatever I was to wrestling Brock. Brother… he’s a bad apple man.

I’ll tell you the guy you can really feel it with is Brock. When Brock grabs a hold of you, you know, I used to go… easy brother.

Currently, Brock Lesnar is on a hiatus after Wrestlepalooza. However, WWE may have internally finalized him for Royal Rumble 2026.
