Ric Flair Slams “Miserable Old Wrestler Trying To Make A Buck”

Ric Flair and former WWE personality Dutch Mantell can probably skip the Christmas cards this year as Flair hits back at recent comments from Mantell where he called Flair “full of sh*t.”

Speaking on his Story Time with Dutch Mantell, the man formerly known latterly in WWE as Zeb Colter discussed Ric Flair’s final match on the back of it winning the Worst Match of 2022 in the Wrestling Observer awards and says Flair’s legacy is now tarnished because of the bout:

“I’ve had people write me and, seriously, people thought he was gonna die. I think he passed out a time or two in there. He doesn’t even remember it. Ric Flair now is trying to leave a legacy and he should have left it alone, or changed a lot of things in that match, because his legacy now is tarnished. I don’t know. Ric Flair is full of sh*t and always has been.”

Ric Flair has now hit back at Mantell’s comments on social media, accusing Mantell of only being out to try to make a buck at this stage of his career:

“Thank God They Used The Word Veteran & Didn’t Call You A Legend. Just A Miserable Old Wrestler Trying To Make A Buck. And BTW, You Never Had A Legacy To Begin With. WOOOOO!”

Ric Flair recently revealed that he is set to become the face of “cannabis for erectile dysfunction” as part of a new endorsement deal.
