Ric Flair Gave Charlotte Flair Advice After WWE Fans Booed Her

Ric Flair

Charlotte Flair has been booed heavily by WWE fans since her return, so Ric Flair decided to give his daughter some fatherly advice.

When Charlotte Flair returned for the Women’s Royal Rumble match, there were likely people in WWE who thought she might get cheered by the fans. It was Charlotte’s first WWE match since tearing her ACL, MCL, and meniscus, which led to surgery and a lengthy rehab that put Flair on the shelf for 13 months.

During the Rumble match, Flair found herself in the final two with NXT’s Roxanne Perez and unsurprisingly Flair won her second Rumble match.

On the first WWE Raw episode after the Royal Rumble, Flair said she’ll embrace the boos because she still loves the fans and it led to the fans booing her even more. Once Rhea Ripley confronted Flair, Charlotte was booed even more.

Charlotte’s two-time WWE Hall of Fame father Ric Flair is no stranger to getting booed in pro wrestling since he is one of the best heels in pro wrestling history. Ric Flair was on Busted Open Radio where he revealed what he told his daughter.

“I told her (…) you’re not gonna have a friend left, ’cause she just keeps getting better!”

“And her focus is to always get better; does that make sense? She’s never, ever just satisfied with her performance.”

Ric Flair Believes Charlotte Flair Looks The Part She Is Playing In WWE

As he continued, the proud father Ric Flair praised his daughter Charlotte some more.

“I watched her interview with Rhea, and then I watched the interview she had with the girl from NXT. You know, sometimes it takes a while to get that but… she just rolls now, and she’s got… she just looks the part!”

By winning the Women’s Royal Rumble, Charlotte Flair will get to choose who she faces at WrestleMania 41: The Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley or the WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton.

It has been reported previously that Charlotte is likely going to be against Stratton at WrestleMania 41. During Flair’s appearance on Smackdown, Tiffany Stratton told Charlotte that she wanted to face her at WrestleMania so that Stratton can prove she’s the better woman.
