Rhea Ripley Returns To The Ring
The Judgment Day is back to full strength and that might spell bad news for the women of WWE as Rhea Ripley returned to action following injury.
Rhea Ripley won a number one contender’s bout for the Raw Women’s Championship all the way back on June 6th when she defeated Alexa Bliss, Doudrop, and Liv Morgan in a Fatal Four-Way match.
However, Ripley has not yet got the chance to challenge Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship, with Belair announcing the two wouldn’t meet as planned at Money In The Bank because Ripley was not medically cleared to compete.
It later emerged that Ripley was injured during the number one contender’s bout, suffering an unspecified brain injury as well as requiring some dental work.
Rhea Ripley has maintained a presence on WWE television during her time out of the ring, turning Dominik Mysterio against his father and making him a fully-fledged member of Judgment Day and apparently a fully-fledged man as well.
Now the former Raw Women’s Champion has returned to the ring over the weekend, teaming with Damian Priest in mixed tag team matches on WWE live events. In both Sioux City and Topeka, Priest and Ripley lost to the team of Dolph Ziggler and Nikki ASH.
It remains to be seen if Ripley will remind the world and Bianca Belair that she is due a title shot.
