Rey Mysterio Seriously Assaulted After WWE Raw
WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio suffered a sickening attack after Raw went off the air.
Rey Mysterio was in action in the main event of the February 10 edition of Raw as he faced Logan Paul for a spot in the Elimination Chamber.
John Cena was the first WWE star to declare his entry in the Chamber with the five other spots filled thanks to qualifying matches. CM Punk defeated Sami Zayn to book his place in the match while Drew McIntyre defeated LA Knight and Jimmy Uso to secure he’ll have a chance at winning the Chamber.
Logan Paul became the fourth man in the Elimination Chamber as he picked up the win over Rey Mysterio. But the former WWE Champion’s night was far from over.
The New Day Take Out Rey Mysterio
After the match, Paul walked away from the ring and as Raw was going off the air Mysterio was attacked by The New Day’s Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. The attack continued after Raw with Dragon Lee attempting to help his LWO partner but he was taken out by The New Day as well. As security tried to drag Woods and Kingston away, Woods grabbed a steel chair and slammed it into Mysterio’s leg.

Rey Mysterio had been vocal about The New Day turning their back on Big E in December 2024 and it now seems he’s paying the price for his honesty.
