Report: Lana Has Signed Contract Extension With WWE, Rusev Contract Update
Lana may be divorcing Rusev on television, but she has no plans of divorcing the WWE anytime soon. According to prowrestlingsheet, Lana has signed a five-year contract extension with WWE.
Interestingly, her real-life husband Rusev is still negotiating with WWE and has yet to sign a new contract. The fact that she has re-signed is probably a good indication of him staying too, but that’s just speculation on our part.
Lana’s new contract is said to allow for her to take time off for personal projects, such as the movie that her and Rusev recently produced and starred in called “Another Version of You”. She also does modeling work as she likes to post about on Instagram.
Lana tweeted about it and congratulated herself.

Lana just recently returned to Raw as a love partner and manager for Bobby Lashley. Lana and Lashley have flaunted their affair to Rusev for weeks, leading to Rusev getting arrested for attacking Lashley on last night’s Raw.
Matt’s Musings: Congratulations to Lana for securing her future with the WWE for at least the next five years. Hopefully her husband Rusev will be following in her footsteps very soon with a contract extension of his own.
