Report: Cesaro’s WWE Contract Set to Expire After Wrestlemania 37

Cesaro’s contract is due to expire after Wrestlemania 37. This news about “The Swiss Superman” was reported by Raj Giri of Wrestling Inc. on Sunday.

The first-ever Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royale winner has been with WWE since September 2011. It is not clear whether the multi-time tag team champion will sign an extension with WWE or explore other promotions.

Cesaro is 40 years old and signed with WWE in late 2011 after successful runs in Ring of Honor and other promotions.

Cesaro has been utilized more on Smackdown including a recent win over Daniel Bryan. No word on if Cesaro intends to re-sign with WWE or explore his options.
